Idaho Communities Celebrate Wildfire Awareness Month

Welcome to Wildfire Awareness Month – In our previous blog post, we shared that Wildfire Awareness Month is a time dedicated to promoting education, preparedness, and community action in the face of wildfire risks. Throughout the month of May, communities across the state are joining together to raise awareness, share resources, and empower residents to take proactive steps to reduce wildfire risk. Please check out the list of the events planned during Wildfire Awareness Month that offer opportunities for individuals and communities to learn, engage, and contribute to wildfire resilience efforts.

If your community has an event you would like to have added to this list, please email shelby@idahofirewise.org
